Meet Author Jennifer G. , the author of “Good Night Mother Earth”
Jennifer, how did your journey as an author begin?
I have always gravitated to writing. This official work was born because there is nothing else out there like it and I believe that our journey can benefit others and should be shared.
Was it something you always wanted to pursue?
Writing is beyond powerful and therapeutic and being able to sit down and create with words that flow from the ethers is something I could have only imagined being able to do as a profession. I am blessed to be able to bring this work to the physical world.
Who or what motivated you to write?
My child and my connection with Mother Earth. I told Mother Earth I would learn to connect with her and she said perhaps you already know how and should share it.
Have you written anything outside of your current category or genre?
I have not. I have only written college papers and poetry when I was young. I live in the land of photography so it is a merging of my collective life experiences that I started this journey.
Where do you see yourself in 5 years?
That is a great question. It would be wonderful to have a collection of children’s books and a video channel that offers a one stop shop on health, wellness and entertainment for children that is safe.
What does being an author mean to you?
I’m not sure how to even put this into words. It makes my heart swell with emotions and instantly I am humbled with gratitude.
What’s your favorite quote and who’s it by?
“Give me six hours to chop down a tree and I will spend the first four hours sharpening the axe”, Abraham Lincoln
If you could co-author with anyone – dead or alive- who would it be and why?
I would co-author with Markus Rothkranz. He has lived a life of following his passions and embodies the best intentions of health and wellness while striving to make the lives of everyone he touches better in practical ways. His ability to create from nothing is inspiring.
What is the overall message that you want to share with your readers?
We are co-creators with the universe. We have amazing abilities and I hope to inspire everyone to unleash their power, starting with bedtime.
