When you place an order with us, we will process and ship it within 2 business days. Please note that because we use Amazon to fulfill our orders, your books will be shipped from Amazon’s warehouse. This means that delivery times may vary and we cannot guarantee the condition of the books upon arrival. If you receive a defective book, please contact Amazon for its return policy.
We accept returns within 30 days of purchase for unopened books. If you want to return a book, please contact us at email@example.com to initiate the return process. Once we receive your returned book, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.
Please note that purchasing a book from us may take up to 2 weeks for it to arrive. This is because we do not keep our books in stock and rely on Amazon to fulfill our orders. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
If you pre-order a book from us, please note that the release date may change and it could be several months before the book is shipped to you. We will do our best to keep you updated on any changes to the release date and estimated shipping time. If you decide to cancel your pre-order, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to initiate the cancellation process. Once we receive your cancellation request, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.

We do not offer international shipping at this time. If you live outside of the United States and would like to order a book from us, we recommend that you check with other retailers to see if they offer international shipping.
We provide tracking information for all orders once the book has been shipped. You will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to track your shipment.
Lost or Damaged Shipments:
If a shipment is lost or damaged during shipping, we will work with you to resolve the issue on a case-by-case basis. If Amazon is unable to deliver your order and it is returned to us, we will issue a refund. However, if the book is not returned to us or does not arrive due to a change in address that was not communicated to us, we cannot be held liable.
